Policy

Cancellations & Refund: 

Consultation- There is no fee for the initial consultation, however, notifications of all cancellations should be given at least 48 hours before the initial consultation date. If Client wishes to reschedule the consultation and does not provide at least 48 hours’ notice of a cancellation, All Jazzed Up Pet Services LLC may charge Client a $20.00 rescheduling fee. 

 

Services- All cancellations of Services must notify All Jazzed Up Pet Services LLC at least 48 hours before the first scheduled date.  If at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation is given before the first scheduled date, Client may request a full refund of the package fee paid by Client, or, alternatively, Client may reschedule the services to be provided, without penalty. A 48 hours cancellation notice is required before each session. No refund will be given once services begin. Rescheduling a session will be provided with 48 hours cancellation by Client. If less than 48 hours cancellation notice is given by Client, the cancelling session may be forfeited without refund and not made up. *Note: a non refundable $60 deposit will be needed to hold all dog pet sitting clients reservation of 3 days or longer. For reservations 14 days or longer, a non refundable 50% deposit will be needed to hold all pet sitting reservations.

 

Payment:

-Payment is required by the start of the first visit. We accept cash, check, credit cards, Paypal and Venmo.

-Payments may be made, however the total amount is needed before services can be provided.

Gift Cards:

-eGift cards can be purchased here

-All gift cards may be used for services provided by All Jazzed Up Pet Services LLC.

-All gift card sales are final and non redeemable for cash. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Shot Records and Health:

-Pets receiving services should be in Client’s household for a minimum of 14 days before such services are performed

-Pets need to be currently vaccinated in accordance with all local and state laws and regulations and any such vaccinations have been received by Pets no less than 7 days prior to services. Dogs must be up to date with Rabies, and Distemper. Cats must be up to date with Rabies, and Distemper. Titer tests are also valid.

-A copy of your pet’s shot records are due before the consultation.

-Pets’ vaccinations should stay current while the animals are receiving services.

-Pets need be free of all fleas, ticks, worms, and other. parasites

-Pets need be in good health and have not been ill with any communicable conditions within the past 30 days

-Please notify us if you pet has come down with any communicable disease, appropriate measures can be taken, including, without limitation, delaying any services to be provided hereunder. 

 

$10 Sub Charge for the following Holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day

 

Dog Walking:

-Due to the travel nature of the business, please allow a two hour window for services.

-Two (2) keys (or one (1) key and one (1) code) should be provided during the initial meet and greet, unless other arrangements are made. Please no garage door openers. If two keys are not provided and an additional trip is made to your house to pick up/drop off keys, a $15 key pick-up/drop off fee will be added to your invoice. If a key needs to be copied, $5 will be added to your invoice for each key.

-Dogs may use a backup leash walking system during walks (two leashes with harness and collar).

-No retractable leashes will be used.

-In the event of inclement weather, it is your responsibility to ensure that walkways and driveways are cleared off. If the weather situation occurs while you are away, it is expected that arrangements will be made to have walkways/driveways cleared off. If your pet care provider is unable to drive to your home, both you and your emergency contact will be notified.

-In extreme temperatures (cold or heat) dogs will still be walked, however a shorter walk may be necessary.

-Dogs may wear winter apparel, if needed during cold weather.

 

Pet Sitting:

-Puppies (8wks -20 wks) will be leash walked only.

-Dogs must have a 5 foot or higher fenced in area to run freely in or they will be leashed walked.

-No retractable leashes will be used.

-Indoor/outdoor cats must stay indoor during services.

-For the safety of your pets, at least three visits are required for dogs per day and one visit is required for cats/small pets per day.

-We can not ignore additional pets in the house needing care. All household pets need to be cared for.

-All Jazzed Up Pet Services does not share jobs with neighbors, friends, family, other pet sitters, etc. We do the entire length of the trip, or none of it. We understand that friends and family may want to check in on your pets while you are away. We ask that you please discourage this activity and limit their access to your home and your pet(s). For the safety of your home, pet, and sitter, we do not allow anyone other than your pet care provider to have access to your home while away.

Referral Program:

If you are an existing client and you refer a friend to our business, each of you will receive a scratcher card. Scratcher cards have deals such as $5 off, $10 off, $15 off or $20 off of a package. Every card is a winner.
